Why? To have less negative thoughts. Less critical, self-judging, unhappy thoughts.
And you've heard, "you are what you eat," right? But, again, what does that mean? We are made up of atoms. We are energy. But we are also matter. And the source of that energy, how we get into the highest vibration we can, is through the only thing that new health cells are made from. And that, simply, is plant food. Period. We need to eat 7-10 fruits and vegetables every day. That can feel impossible. So, that's what we help you with.
Why? To feel better. To have more energy. To be lighter. To think better. To see better. To generally live as a higher vibration as a human being.
Perhaps the line I hear the most often on this topic of meditation is: "I can't meditate," and I think that's because we think meditation is silencing the mind. The mind is active and valuable. So silencing it isn't meditation. Witnessing it, soothing it, and giving it a rest, that is meditation. And to be able to do that, we need to develop the practice like building a new muscle. That's where we come in.
Why? To anchor in the work. Meditation connects us to the creative source mind, and we can use the space and time we take to visualize, to create, and to manifest. Meditation is the third and, perhaps, most important foundation principle that we use in both our workshops and our individual work.
