Celebrate everything, always

This week, I was in Charlotte, North Carolina, with my Juice Plus team from all around the country (and world!), learning, up-leveling, and celebrating as we do each year together... Thank you, Lauri Aigner, for bringing me into this amazing community! 💜

My biggest takeaways is CREATE COMMUNITY. It's this global community that has given me the inspiration and courage (and time freedom!) to build what we're building on Shambhala.

But what I love best is the FUN we have... And, boy oh boy, do we have fun! We even have a little video of it, it's a dopamine-booster and can be viewed here!

So, because I'm writing this from the event, I'll be brief, but here's what I want to see you do this week!

DANCE OFTEN and CAREFREE!
WEAR RED, LOUD and PROUD!
MAKE A FRIEND!
SMILE! (A lot!)
HUG OFTEN and CAREFREE!

And... Eat like your life depends on it. As many fruits and veggies as possible. If you need help with that, reach out, because after 9 years with this company, I'm more committed than ever to help everyone I meet change their health for the better!
