No really, you have enough of it.
This week, I've been flooding the air waves with the topic of time. It started last Monday with reading Peggy Black's latest update... all around the concept of time, which I posted to our Facebook page and Podcast, and then discussed again on my Thursday Live. Let me ask you this... are you one that never seems to have enough time? Do you say, "if only I had the time?" Do you think about the past or the future and forget to focus on the present? At one point or another we've all done these, and the two exercises given in Peggy's message and in my messages this week are ones I urge you to do... 1. Focus on releasing your concepts of time, judgments of time, and internal dialogue around time. Practice letting go of time. Maybe take off the watch this week. Maybe don't set your alarm. Maybe take a day (or a week!) away from your calendar. Practice new affirmations around time: I can slow time; Time is Fluid; I am in co-creation with Time. Just be the observer. See what happens when you do that. 2. Practice quantum jumping on your timeline. Visualize yourself visiting a place in time you've always wanted to go—either in the past or the future. Visualize your future self and ask her/him/them for tips on how to manifest the things you want now. Practice being present. Play with the timeline, and allow yourself to feel into the multidimensionality of your existence. Earth is the only dimension where time is so rigid and strict. Play with that. And let go of judgment around any of it. Just be the observer. And see what happens. If you haven't read or listened to Peggy's latest update, click the links above.
